How to Edit the Event Status

Events within SimpleTix can be set to different statuses.
This will vary depending on the current state of your event. 


There are currently 3 status options for your events.


  • Draft
    These are events that haven't been fully created.
    They usually have missing details or were saved and closed out while being created.

  • Active
    These are published events that appear on your event site (unless set to private).
    They are events that are currently ongoing or ones that are upcoming.


  • Archived
    These are published events that have already ended.
    They will be hidden from your event site.
    You can only delete an event if its current status is Archived.


  • Deleted
    This deletes the event from your account. This option will be available if the event has no sales.



To edit your event status:


1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Search for your event name.

4. Click on the event to edit.

5. Make sure you're in Event Details.

6. Scroll down to Event Status and choose your preferred one from the drop-down.

7. Once done, scroll up and click on Save to finalize your changes.
