How to Add a Cover Image

SimpleTix allows you to add a cover image for your event. 

An eye-catching cover image helps to grab people's attention and gives them an idea of what to expect. 

This makes it more likely that they will want to attend and have a good time.



To add or edit a cover image:


1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Search for your event name.

4. Click on the event to edit.

5. Make sure you're in Event Details.

6. Scroll down to Event Image. It's right below where you enter details for your order confirmation email.

  • Drag a photo or click on the grayed area to upload an image.
    Recommended image resolution is 746 x 472 pixels.
  • If you do not have your own image, you can click "one of ours" to use an image from our library.

7. Scroll up and click on Save to finalize your changes.
