How to send e-Tickets to alternate/different email address

For instances where you need to resend e-Tickets or forward it to an alternate email address, follow the steps below:


1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/orders/order-list

Or from https://manager.simpletix.com, click Orders in the top menu.

2. Within Orders, use the search bar to find the name, email, or order number of the associated ticket.

3. Depending on the order, you may want to adjust the filter by date or by order status.

4. From the top right of the pop-up, click Action.




5. Then choose Send e-Tickets & Receipt.




6. You can now enter the alternate email you want the tickets to be sent to.

7. Click Send to proceed.

  • Note: This will send the ticket and receipts to the original purchaser and the alternate email.
