Your SimpleTix site enables users to create customer profiles, where their address and contact information will be captured so that future purchases will be easier.  These customer profiles DO NOT capture payment information - only contact, shipping and mailing address information. 

There's two places on your site where users can create these profiles:

  • The order checkout page (both public and box office sites)

A list of your site's customers who have created a profile can be seen in Store Information > Users > Customers

Benefits of user's accounts:

  • Customers can login to view order history & eTickets
  • Customers can login to the mobile site to view eTickets
  • Customers can login and quickly re-order tickets (instead they have to fill out the entire order form again)
  • Box Office staff can see their name on the customer list and simply click their name to open their profile for speedy checkout
