Learn how to create your organization account in SimpleTix — either as a brand-new user or as an existing user adding a new organization.
Creating an Account on SimpleTix
This guide walks you through signing up for SimpleTix, explaining how users and organizations are structured, and showing existing users how to create additional organization accounts.
1. Signing Up as a New User

Go to SimpleTix.com
- Click Create Your Event in the top-right corner.

Enter Your Details
- Provide your Email and Password.
- Select your Country.
- Enter your Organization Name (this creates a unique subdomain/URL for your SimpleTix page, e.g.,
yourorg.simpletix.com
).

Add More Info About Your Organization
- On the next page, fill in any additional details your organization might need to display or keep on file.

Check Your Email for Verification
- You’ll receive an email from SimpleTix prompting you to verify your account.
- After verifying, you’ll be guided through your first event creation flow — where you can set up ticket types, dates, and more.
Tip: Save or bookmark your newly created SimpleTix subdomain so you can quickly reference your organization’s event page.
2. Understanding Users vs. Organizations
What Is a User?
- Each user on SimpleTix is tied to one unique email address.
- Users can have different roles (e.g., Administrator, Staff) within an organization. For more details, see User Roles Management
What Is an Organization?
- An organization is your main account/workspace.
- You can invite multiple users (each with their own email) to collaborate on events.
- A user can belong to multiple organizations (useful if someone manages ticketing for two separate companies).
3. Creating a New Organization as an Existing User
If you already have a SimpleTix user account but need to manage a different organization separately:
- Log in to manager.simpletix.com.
- Click Your Profile (top-right corner).
- Select Create a site for a new organization.
- Follow the prompts to set up the new organization’s name and basic info.
- Once created, you’ll have a new subdomain (e.g.,
neworg.simpletix.com
).
Switching Between Organizations
- Log in at manager.simpletix.com using your existing user credentials.
- Click the logo (top-right) to see a dropdown of organizations.
- Choose Switch SimpleTix site and select the organization you want to manage.
Note: Each organization you create has its own events, ticket settings, and invited users. Keep an eye on which site you’re editing to avoid confusion!
