How to Change Venues (Should not be done after tickets have sold)

SimpleTix allows you to change venues for previously created events.

This should not be done after tickets have sold.

• You can change venues for General Admission Events and Flex Pass Events.

To change venues:

1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Search for your event name.

4. Click on the event to edit.

5. Click on the venue drop-down.

6. You can choose one of your existing venues or create a new one.

7. Click on Save to finalize your changes.
