How to Change Your About Us Text

SimpleTix allows you to add custom text at the bottom of your event page.

This gives your attendees a brief introduction to your organization



To change your about us text:


1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/store

  • Log in with your SimpleTix account.
  • You can also access this by going to Settings > Store


2. Once on the store page, scroll down to Tell Us About Your Organization.

  • Add your site description to the text box.
  • This will serve as the primary description for your organization that will appear at the bottom of events.

3. Aside from plain text, you have the option to customize the formatting as well as 

add links that lead to your site or helpful directions for your attendees.

4. Once done, scroll to the top and click Save to finalize your changes.

5. You'll receive a confirmation that the changes have been saved.
