SimpleTix allows you to automatically send event reminders before an upcoming event.
This email will include their eTickets and any other essential details that you want to provide.
You can modify these emails at any time before they are sent.
To enable or disable email reminders:
1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/advanced-options
- You can also access this through Settings > Advanced Options
2. Once on the Advanced Options Page, scroll down to "Automatically Schedule & Send Event Reminders."
- This option is enabled by default and is set to 1 day before the event.
- Toggle the option to OFF to disable event reminders.
- Toggle the option to ON to enable event reminders.
3. Once enabled, you'll be able to customize when the reminders are sent.
4. Once done, scroll up and click Save to apply your changes.
5. You'll get a confirmation that the changes have been applied.
6. You can edit the email reminder by going into your event, and then click on Attendee Communication.
- Once on the Attendee Communication page, click the edit button next to your reminder.
