How to Lock a Category and Setup a Password

SimpleTix allows you to lock and un-lock a specific category using a unique password

• Log in here: https://manager.simpletix.com/ and select your event site
• Click on events on top right and select your reserved seating event
  
  
  
  
  
• Once selected, click on event times and select the time you would like to make changes to
  
  
• Click on Settings and you will see the option to add a password to any specific category. This applies to all of the seats that are assigned to that specific category. If you want to lock selected seats you will need to create separate category for them
  As a test we will use the password: 123456789

• Once saved, It would have an additional option to unlock the section
