How to Manage Automatic Renewals

SimpleTix allows you to add or edit the type of automatic renewals for your memberships.

This is useful for possible changes in pricing or additional membership types you'd like to cater to.




To manage automatic renewals:


1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. From the top menu, click on Memberships.

If you do not see this option, send an email to support@simpletix.com for activation.


From the top menu, click on Memberships.



3. Once within Memberships, find your preferred membership then click the Edit button.

This will bring up the Update Membership page.

4. Within the Update Membership page, choose your preferred Automatic Renewal cycle then specify the pricing and fees.

  • Bill Monthly - the charged amount will reoccur monthly based on the membership purchase date.
  • Bill Yearly - the charge will reoccur annually based on the membership purchase date.
  • Toggle the option to ON to enable it.
  • You can have multiple membership billing types enabled.



Within the Update Membership page, choose your preferred Automatic Renewal cycle then specify the pricing and fees.



5. Once done, scroll down and click Save to finalize your changes.
