How to Add a Video

SimpleTix allows you to add playable videos to your events page.


This is a great way to showcase the highlights of an event, provide a glimpse of the experience, and entice potential attendees.



To add a video to your event site:


1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Search for your event name.

4. Click on the event to edit.

5. Make sure you're in Event Details.

6. Scroll down to "Tell Us About Your Event". This is where your event description is located.

7. Click on an area within the description where you want the video to appear.

8. On the upper right of the text box, click on Insert Media.

9. Paste the video link

10. Click on the check mark to save.

11. Your video will now appear embedded in your description.

12. Once done editing, scroll up and click on Save to finalize your changes.

13. Now when you visit your event site, you'll see the playable video in the description.
