Settings up SimpleTix Organizer app

SimpleTix Organizer app is great for selling and scanning tickets on the day of the event. Let's go through a few key points to make sure you and your staff are able to set one up as quickly as possible.

These are the following steps to make sure it works.

  • Make sure the internet on your device is on and working at a good speed.
  • Check the os version depending on the app you are going to use. SimpleTix BoxOffice app is available on Android and IOS.
    For android is ver 4.4 and above

  • When installing the app, please make sure to give full permissions to the app.
  • Make sure you are logging in using an account that is already present as a user on your event site. You can find more info on it here.
  • You don't need to type HTTPS or any other prefix. Adding your site name should automatically pull up available domains. You can then pick the one from the list. Please check the picture below.
