SimpleTix allows you to export donation reports for your events.
These are essential for providing a clear picture of your fundraising efforts and acknowledging the impact of donors.
Having a clear list will also help with fostering relationships and showcasing mission success.
To generate a donations report:
1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/
2. Once logged in, click on the search bar and type your event name to locate it.
3. Once you see it, click on the event to open it.
4. Within the event, on the left panel, click Order Management.
5. On the Order Management page, click More Reports then choose Donations Report.
- This will bring up a page where you can see all your donations.
- This option will only be available for events with a donation ticket type.
6. Under Event Times, choose an event schedule that you'd like to generate a donation report for.
7. You also have the option to generate a report for multiple event times.
- To do this click Filter Options then toggle Enable Multiple Time selection to ON.
- You can then select which event times you prefer.
8. After selecting your preferred event time(s), click Export Donation Report.
- This will download an Excel file containing details of your donors, their donation amount, and more.
