SimpleTix allows you to easily manage orders with associated Square Merchandise.
See below for steps on how to generate your Square Merchandise report.
1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Type the name of your event in the search bar to locate it.
4. Once you see it on the list, click on it to edit.
5. Once in the event, click Order Management on the left panel.
6. Within the Order Management page, click More Reports then choose Square Merchandise Report.
7. You'll now be presented with the list of all Square Merchandise that were ordered.
8. If you prefer to filter the displayed items per ticket type, click the drop-down and switch from All Sections to your preferred category.
9. To see individual orders associated with each item click View.
10. If you'd like a comprehensive list with the order information and associated Square items, click Export Detailed List.
11. You'll then be prompted to enter your email to receive the Excel file containing the Square Merchandise Report.
12. Type your email then click Send.
13. You'll receive a confirmation message that the report is on its way.
