How to Share an Event on Facebook

SimpleTix allows you to link your Facebook account and share your event in just a few steps.

It'll automatically include your ticket page, event description, and cover image.



To share an event on Facebook:


1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Click on the search bar and type your event name to locate it.

4. Once you see it, click on the event to open it.

5. Within the event, click Dashboard on the left panel.

6. In the Dashboard, scroll down and click Share it near the Facebook icon.

  • Proceed by logging in with you Facebook account and authorize SimpleTix for sharing.

7. Once linked, you'll be able to immediately share your event. 

  • This will automatically your event page and cover image.
  • Add your post message, hashtags, and more.
  • You can choose to share it on your Feed and Story.
  • You can also control whether your posts are public or for a private group.
  • Once done with your edits, click Post to Facebook to share.

8. If you'd like to share your event using a different image, SimpleTix allows you to add a separate photo for Facebook.

  • To do so, click Social on the left panel.

9. In the grayed box, drag an image or click the link to upload from your files.

10. Once uploaded, click Save on the upper right of the page.

  • You can now share the event and it'll use the newly uploaded image.
