Open your confirmation email and select Manage Your Order or Open the Order Management Center. This opens the tickets, receipt, and available actions for that order. You do not need to create a Manager Portal account. If asked to verify your identity, select Send Verification Code and enter the six-digit code sent to the email address used for the order, then select Verify & Access Order. The code expires after 10 minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. If you cannot access that email address, contact the event organizer.
The organizer decides which self-service options are available. An action may be missing or unavailable because of the event’s settings, your order’s status, or a deadline.

View Tickets and Your Receipt

Use Mobile E-Tickets for admission or Paper E-Tickets to download a printable PDF. Your receipt shows the items and amounts for the order. If tickets have been refunded or cancelled, check their current status rather than relying on an older saved copy.

Update Attendee Details, Waivers, or Photos

Choose Edit Attendee Details to update the information the organizer allows you to change, then save. Complete any waiver or photo actions shown for your tickets. For orders with multiple attendees, check which attendees still need to complete a requirement. Changing attendee details does not automatically exchange a ticket or transfer the order to another buyer.

Change Your Date or Time

If Change Date or Time is available, select it, choose an available session, and finish the change. Check the updated date/time and confirmation afterward. If the option is unavailable, the event may not support self-service changes, the cutoff may have passed, or your tickets may no longer be eligible. Contact the organizer for help. A new time is not reserved until you complete the change.

Request a Refund

  1. Select Request Refund in Manage Your Order.
  2. Select the tickets or quantities you want refunded, if partial requests are allowed.
  3. Choose a reason and add a note of up to 200 characters. A note is required if you choose Other.
  4. Submit the request. Keep your order number if you need to contact the organizer.
  5. Return to the same page to check the status. You can cancel a request while it is pending.
Submitting a request does not immediately refund or cancel your tickets. The organizer reviews it and decides whether to refund and how much. Their refund policy determines whether fees are included. If a request is approved, follow the approval email for the refund destination and details. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. If the refund option is missing or you need an update, contact the organizer with your order number.

Cancel a Free Registration

If the organizer allows it, select Cancel Free Order and review the confirmation before cancelling. This releases your registration; it does not send a payment refund because the order was free.

Contact the Organizer

Use Contact Organizer, reply to your order email, or use the contact information on the event page. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. The organizer can help with refund decisions, changes outside the self-service options, and incorrect buyer information. If you cannot find your confirmation email, follow How to Retrieve Lost Tickets. You can also ask the organizer to resend your confirmation.
