How to Resend eTickets

It could happen that a customer can loose their eTickets. You do have an option to send them eTickets again. Please follow these steps.

  • Please login here: https://manager.simpletix.com/ 
  • Click on Orders on Top Right
  • You can select the order you would like to send eTickets for or Search for one.



  • Select the order > Actions > Send eTickets & Receipt
