# Add Images to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet Tickets

> Learn how to add ticket images for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from Confirmation Delivery settings.

You can add pictures to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet tickets from your confirmation delivery settings. Use this to bring event branding into the tickets buyers save on their phones.

## Open Confirmation Delivery

<Steps>

    Go to [Settings > Confirmation Delivery](https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery).

  <Step title="Find ticket customization">
    Open **Order Confirmation & E-ticket settings**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add the wallet ticket image">
    Upload the image you want to use for wallet tickets.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save** to apply the change.
  </Step>

## Image Tips

* Use a clear event logo, poster crop, or brand image.
* Avoid small text that will be hard to read on a phone.
* Use a JPG or PNG file.
* Preview the ticket if a preview option is available.

  A simple image usually works best. Wallet tickets are compact, so high-contrast logos and clean artwork are easier for buyers and staff to recognize.

## Apply Ticket Colors Too

If you also want wallet tickets to use your brand color:

1. In **Order Confirmation & E-ticket settings**, turn on ticket customization if needed.
2. Enable **Apply colors to PDF tickets and Apple/Android Wallet Tickets**.
3. Choose a **Ticket Color**.
4. Click **Save**.

## Add an Order Confirmation Email Image

The same settings area also lets you add an image to the order confirmation email.

1. In **View/Modify Email Templates**, select **Order Confirmation & eTickets**.
2. Find **Add a header image to your order confirmation email**.
3. Upload a JPG or PNG image.
4. Choose whether to **Display full image in order confirmation email**.
5. Click **Save**.

Recommended email header image size is 750px wide by 472px tall.

## Troubleshooting

    Upload artwork that works well in a compact wallet format. Avoid placing important text or faces near the image edge.

    Use a JPG or PNG file and confirm the image meets the size requirements shown in the uploader.

  <Accordion title="I changed the image but do not see it on an old ticket">
    Changes usually apply to tickets generated after the settings are saved. Resend the confirmation or ask the buyer to reopen the latest ticket link if needed.
