# Customizing PDF E-Ticket Messages

> Learn how to customize your PDF E-Ticket messages and print instructions in Manager Portal to enhance attendee experience.

## Instructions

1. **Navigate to the Customization Page**\
   Choose one of the following options:
   * Go to [https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery](https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery), or click on **Settings** in the top rail and select **Order Confirmation & e-Tickets** from the left-hand menu.

2. **Locate and Update the Fields**\
   On this page, focus on the following fields:
   * **E-Ticket Message:** This is the custom message displayed on your PDF tickets.\
     *Remember:* This is separate from the Order Confirmation Email Message seen in attendee emails.
   * **E-Ticket Print Instructions:** Use this field to add print-specific guidance for attendees.

3. **Apply Your Customizations**
   * Type or paste your custom text into the **E-Ticket Message** field.
   * If needed, update the **E-Ticket Print Instructions** field.
   * Click the **Save** button at the top of the page to apply your changes.
