# SimpleTix Memberships

SimpleTix Memberships allows loyal patrons to pay you a monthly or annual subscription for **special perks** and **discounted access** to your events. Below is a high-level look at what’s possible and how memberships fit into your overall ticketing strategy.

## Key Features and Possibilities

* **One-Time vs. Recurring Memberships**
  * Offer a single purchase membership (e.g., annual pass) or an automatically renewing plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
* **Discounted Ticket Purchases**
  * Members can receive **price reductions** or **special pricing** (see [Membership Discounts](/docs/memberships/membership-discounts) for details).
* **Complimentary Tickets**

* **Member Communication**
