# Enable Selfie for Flex Pass Events

# How to Enable Selfie Requirements for Your Flex Pass Event

## Step 1: Update Your Event’s Main Settings

1. Log in to [Manager Portal](https://manager.simpletix.com).
2. Click on the event you want to edit.
3. Click **Event Details** from the left navigation menu.
4. Scroll down to the **Season Pass Settings** section. (This section applies only to Flex Pass tickets.)
   * Choose one of the following options for the selfie requirement:
     * **No**: Do not request a selfie.
     * **Yes – One Time Only**: Attendees can upload a photo once. Further changes must be coordinated with you.
     * **Yes – Unlimited Times**: Attendees can reupload their photo as needed.
5. (Optional) Add a note in the confirmation email settings to explain the selfie/photo process to your attendees.
6. Click **Save** to apply your changes.

## Step 2: Enable the Selfie Requirement on Ticket Types

1. From your event dashboard, click **Ticket Settings** in the left sidebar.
2. For each Flex Pass ticket type where you want to require a selfie, locate the option titled **Require Attendee Selfie Photo** (or a similarly named option).
3. Toggle or select **Yes** for that ticket type.
4. Save your changes to confirm the setting is applied.

## After Purchase

When an attendee completes a Flex Pass purchase, they will see a clear prompt in their order confirmation email to upload their photo. To send reminders or review submitted photos, manage these through the **Attendee Management** page within the portal.
