This article shows you how to change the size, location and links to your seating chart. The default seating chart is determined by the settings found in Settings & Options > Settings > Event Time Defaults, and only affects those ticketing-by-seat events utilizing a venue with a Grid Style or Search for Best Seats Ticketing Display Mode.

Set the default setting for the display of your setting chart site wide by going to


Settings & Options > Settings > Event Time Defaults

From this page, you can set the following options for the seating chart display:

You can also determine if the columns for handicapped accessible and aisle will be shown:

All seats marked as accessible or as aisle seats when setting up sections, rows, and seats in the venue would have a check mark in the columns if displayed on the front end. By default these columns do not display on the front end. You can also change the names of these columns to suit your specific venue needs in Settings & Options > Settings > Layout Options in the section "Column Titles."
