Customers can receive these emails:

   1. Invoice
         1. If the order is complete - but payment is pending
         2. If you have the site setting Send Invoice set to yes (Store Information > Store Settings > Order Checkout)
   2. Receipt
         1. If the order is complete and payment has been received
         2. If you have the site setting Send Receipt set to yes (Store Information > Store Settings > Order Checkout)
   3. eTickets
         1. If the order has tickets
         2. If the site setting send eTickets setting for "Sending eTicket" set the either of the options below in yellow
