SimpleTix is a great solution for trade show booth reservations. You can use the interactive seating chart to show your entire floor.

At a trade-show you may also want your vendors to order "add-ons" like:

 

  • Parking passes
  • Internet access
  • Lunch/Dinner
  • Electricity

To do this use the seating chart mode that include "discounts" as it will show the modal pop-up view.

Now create a new flex pass event, and add 4 different price groups as listed below:

Now when the client purchases a reserved ticket,a popup window will appear and show the additional flex passes you want to recommend.  This will make it more likely for a customer to purchase multiple tickets for your event!  The ease of our interface will allow customers to purchase tickets without leaving the current page.

N.B. The per ticket fees will still apply per ticket and flex pass.  If you have three tickets in your shopping cart (one reserved seat, two flex passes) you will be charged three per ticket fees.
